✨ Electric toothbrushes & water flossers — are they worth it?

Electric toothbrushes can be a great tool for helping remove plaque more effectively, especially because many have built-in timers and gentle pressure sensors to help you brush for the right amount of time without brushing too hard.

Water flossers can also be helpful, particularly for people with braces, implants, crowns, bridges, or anyone who finds traditional flossing tricky. They can help clean around areas that are harder to reach and make daily cleaning feel a little easier.

That said — we completely understand that budget can be a factor. A good manual toothbrush, used properly twice a day, is still a fantastic option. The most important thing is brushing well, using fluoride toothpaste, cleaning between your teeth, and keeping up with regular dental visits.
