Our stunning, brand new practice at beautiful Paradise Point complies with all the very latest requirements and standards and has been designed to have full disabled access to all areas via a convenient lift.

Along with all the current official recommendations, we suggest some simple things you can do for yourself and your family:

Look after yourself by making sure you exercise regularly to maintain healthy lungs and heart, drinking lots of water, getting good quality sleep, and reducing your stress by meditation, music, reading or yoga.

Always carry hand sanitizer with you (if you can get it).

Keep washing your hands with soap and water.

Learn to reflex cough or sneeze into the inside of your elbow (dabbing) and not your hands.

Avoid touching your face.

If you have an itch, DON'T scratch it.

Avoid wearing any sleeves if possible.

Avoid wearing jewellery if possible including watches.

Clean your mobile telephone a number of times each day with detergent/soap wipes (think how often you touch that surface each day).

Avoid cash altogether and pay by no-touch pay-pass.

Clean your credit cards and don't let other people touch them if possible.

Think about all the surfaces you are touching in a day and who has touched them before.

And remember the World Health Organisation has stated that dogs do not carry this virus. So, WHO let the dogs out!

Smile whenever you get the opportunity now more than ever!

We kindly ask you to use a hydrogen peroxide mouth rinse before any procedure.

We provide a hand basin in the patient comfort area for handwashing with soap and water.

Additionally, we have hand sanitizer available in the waiting room and reception area for your use.

If you have travelled anywhere in Australia or overseas (including any cruise ships) within 30 days OR have had close or casual contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 OR you are suffering from fever or flu-like symptoms (dry cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fatigue, tummy troubles) we would encourage you to delay your dental appointment and seek medical advice via telephone.

Our staff have cancelled all overseas travel and holidays since 2019. We are here for the long haul ahead.

All our staff have adopted the recommendation of "bare below the elbows".

All wrist and finger jewellery have been removed.

No staff have long or artificial nails.

Our door is always open for you (literally, so you can just walk in and out without touching any door handles).

Unfortunately, we have now removed all the high-quality magazines from our waiting room. If we give you a brand new (still plastic wrapped) magazine, it is yours to keep and take home.

We do play high-quality, nature-inspired Blu-Rays for your enjoyment and relaxation on a large screen.

Our waiting room has been reduced to only 3 spaced chairs.

We have reduced the number of patients seen each day.

We keep patient waiting times to an absolute minimum.

We have removed our popular water and glasses from the waiting room but the cold bottled still and sparkling Mount Warning pure water remains.

We have minimized all "Touch-Points" in the practice.

We shall give you a brand new pen to sign any documents which will then be yours to keep.

Sadly, we have now removed all toys from the waiting room and removed the Play Station 4 controls entirely.
