Serenity Smiles is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team on a casual basis.

Location Gold Coast, Hope Island, QLD

If you meet the following criteria and would like to join a friendly and professional team then apply below:

• Have a minimum of 12 months dental experience.
• Be confident in general dental procedures in surgery.
• Familiarisation with 4 handed dentistry when assisting dentist.
• A thorough understanding of sterilisation and infection control.
• The ability to multi task and work within a team.
• High level of computer skills.
• Exact Practice Management Software experience is preferred.
• Professional phone manner.
• Confidence in working with patients and turning dental enquiries into bookings.
• Be flexible with hours of work, we need a team to be flexible for emergency patients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and patient care.
• Be professionally presented.
• Have strong interpersonal skills.
• Have a warm, friendly and positive attitude.
• Take initiative and contribute positively to a team environment.
• Be willing to continue with professional development.

The role will require a flexible dental assistant/dental nurse who is also comfortable to fill in at reception when needed.

We are looking for someone to join our team approximately 3-4 days per week (25-35 hours), this includes evenings; wages may be negotiated based on experience.
