🌊 Swimmer’s Teeth: Protect Your Smile in the Pool! 🏊‍♂️

While this is great for hygiene, frequent exposure to chlorinated water can lead to a condition called "swimmer’s calculus." This occurs when chlorine alters the pH of your saliva, causing minerals to build up on your teeth and creating yellowish or brown deposits. 😬

🏊‍♀️ Enamel Erosion: The altered pH levels in pool water can also weaken your enamel over time, leaving your teeth more vulnerable to sensitivity and decay. If you’re a regular swimmer, this is something to keep an eye on!
