Re-doing treatment - patient was happy with the shade of the existing crowns but the alignment and length needed some work. The 11 implant was also showing some thin, recessed gingival tissues, so a pre-prosthetic CTG was carried out.

A split-thickness buccal pouch was created and the tissues tunnelled to allow for coronal repositioning of the prosthetic margin. Over-corrected to allow for some rebound. The tissue thickness was much improved and should now be more stable, allowing us to proceed with the new implant crown.

Then, new PFZ crowns were made on the 21, 22 and 23, to match the existing 13 and 12.

Six anterior lithium disilicate crowns were fabricated following orthodontic treatment with an orthodontist to correct a Class III malocclusion. The edge-to-edge relationship, together with an acidic aetiology resulted in significant wear of the incisal and palatal surfaces of the teeth. A combination of pre-restorative bleaching, six lithium disilicate crowns, plus some Class V composite restorations (with his general dentist) were used here.
