A rare night out for the GRMD & GFD crew! 🥂

After a wonderfully busy first quarter, our clinicians got together to celebrate over a great meal and even better company. It’s been a season full of exciting news — with five of our dentists about to become new parents and a warm welcome to Dr Olivia, who has recently joined us from New Zealand.

Our work family is growing in the best ways possible 👶🏻🍼!

So nice to pause, catch up outside the clinic, and celebrate some of the people who make up our GRMD & GFD family. Here’s to a fantastic year ahead! ✨

It’s been a busy start to the year- Where has the time gone?! Somehow, this is our *first post of the year*… and what a lovely one to start with 💙

Last week we celebrated Dr Nardin before she headed off on maternity leave with a little work baby shower. We are so excited for her and Pete as they prepare to welcome their little one. We wish them both all the very best for this special new chapter 👶✨

A big thank you to for the most beautiful custom cupcakes — they were almost too pretty to eat! 🧁

The team and your patients will miss you Dr Nardin, but we can’t wait to meet the newest member of the GFD extended family! 💕

And a little heads up — Dr Bethany isn’t too far away from starting her maternity leave as well! If you’ve been meaning to book in to see her, she only has a few more weeks before she finishes up. There’s definitely something in the water at work … 👶😆

🎉 A couple of weeks ago we celebrated our Christmas Party with a night of darts, karaoke, ping pong and plenty of laughs! So grateful for an incredible team who bring their best to work every day — and do it all for our patients. We are so lucky to have these amazing people at GFD 🥰

Teamwork in action! 🦷✨ Our dental nurses Jess & Lara are all scrubbed up and ready for implant surgery. We take infection control seriously and always go above and beyond to care for our patients. Big shoutout to Lara, who smashed her first training session with our senior nurse Jess!

Dr. Jacob had the privilege of learning from two of Melbourne’s leading Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons — Dr. Nik Saha & A/Prof Seth Delpachitra.
He spent the weekend refining advanced surgical techniques in bone grafting, all in the pursuit of delivering the best possible care to our patients. 💙

Last week, most of our team members from GFD and Greville Rd Medical & Dental came together for a day focused on growth, connection, and a little bit of friendly competition!

We were lucky to have Alison from ARC Mindset and Wellbeing join us as our guest speaker, sharing powerful insights on mental fitness and effective communication — key pillars of thriving teams.

After the training sessions, it was time to swap notes for nets as we hit the court for some fun team sports- 🏐⚽🏓! It was often surprising to see who really has the competitive streak 😆

We believe in investing in our people, creating space for learning, and building strong, supportive teams. Grateful for our amazing crew who make it all possible 💙
