We’re so excited to welcome Dr Batool back to Springwood Smiles after her maternity leave 💐
She’ll be returning to the clinic from Wednesday 14th January, and will be seeing patients every Wednesday.

Dr Batool is loved for her gentle approach, attention to detail, and genuine care for her patients, and we know many of you have been looking forward to her return.

Meet Kelly 👋🏽
Kelly is a newly graduated dental hygienist who will be joining our team in January, Kelly has recently completed her Advanced Diploma in Oral Health at TAFE SA.
She also has three years of experience as a dental assistant, where she developed a strong passion for preventative care and helping patients feel confident in their smiles.

Kelly enjoys working closely with patients to build healthy oral habits and is dedicated to creating a comfortable, positive, and welcoming experience at every visit.

Outside of the clinic, Kelly leads an active lifestyle and enjoys Pilates, playing basketball with friends, and walking her dog. She also loves camping and travelling with her fiancé whenever they get the chance.

Exciting opportunities await at Springwood Smiles! We are currently seeking a friendly Oral Health Therapist or a Hygienist to join our vibrant team, working 2 days per week. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced professional with a passion for oral health, we encourage you to apply. This is a part-time opportunity that will play a crucial role in maintaining the oral health of our patients.

What you'll be doing
-Performing thorough dental cleanings and scaling procedures
-Providing patient education on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
-Assisting in the implementation of dental sealants and fluoride treatments
-Collaborating with the dentist to ensure seamless patient care
-Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records

What we're looking for
-Registered Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist qualification
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients
-Strong time management and organisational abilities
-Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
-Proficient in the use of dental equipment and technologies

Qualifications:
-Degree in Oral Health Therapy or Hygienist
-Current state licensure and registration
