The Boring But Important Legal Stuff (Terms & Conditions):
- Available to new patients aged 16 years and over seen by Ronald Tan or George Shenoda.
- Exam, clean, and x-rays must be completed between 14/09/2026 and 06/11/2026.
- Patients must be dentally fit before commencing teeth whitening. Take-home whitening is not suitable if active dental disease is present (like untreated decay or gum disease). Any necessary treatment must be completed first.
- Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other treatments.
- Take-home kit must be redeemed by 31/12/2026.
