We would like to welcome Dr Paul Gaisford to the Dentists on Starkey Team.
Paul has joined in August 2026 after emigrating from England with his Australian wife and three young children.
He qualified as a dentist from Kings College London (KCL) University in 2016 as a mature student, having previously had short careers in the fitness industry, the British Army, and as a Metropolitan Police Officer.
He has a friendly and caring nature, the highest of ethical standards, and the ability to put nervous patients at ease.
His dental passions are maximising his patient’s oral health, and creating beautiful long lasting smiles using maximum tooth preservation techniques.
He is passionate about continuing professional development, and shortly after graduating gained his Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties from the Royal College of Surgeons.
He has completed numerous postgraduate courses and in 2025 passed with distinction the first of the four-year KCL postgraduate degree program leading to the Master of Clinical Dentistry qualification in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics. He is currently undertaking a diploma in Aesthetic Dentistry through the Australasian College of Dental Practitioners (ACDP).
Outside of work, Paul enjoys running and keeping fit, and spending time with his family.
