It's a wrap! (Get it? 🤣)

2021 has been a challenging year for everyone. For our little clinic it has not been easy with multiple lockdowns throughout the year. We are so lucky to have the support of all our wonderful patients!

We are now closed for the holiday season and will reopen on Monday 10 January 2022.

Yesterday a 3 day lockdown was announced for Brisbane.

In the interest of safety and reducing travel for our patients and staff, The Laser Dental Clinic will be closed for the rest of the week, reopening on Monday 5 July.

Our lovely dental assistant Tammy joined The Laser Dental Clinic a year ago - time flies when we are having fun 💃😉

Not only does Tammy keep Dr Susan in check, she is there to make sure you are comfortable throughout your appointment - whether it is holding your hand when you are feeling a bit nervous, to helping you pick out a show on Netflix you can settle into. We are sure our patients can all agree what a great comfort it is to have Tammy by their side during their appointments.

Happy workiversary! We are so lucky to have you ❤️

Who here knew about Steve's secret talent? 😉

Steve represented UQ and participated in the Masters Swimming Queensland State Championships over the weekend.

A massive congratulations to Steve who achieved a phenomenal result, a grand total of 9 medals - 7 Gold, 1 Silver, 1 Bronze. Steve was also rated the third best performing male swimmer for the entire competition 👏

Steve regularly uses the NovoTHOR light pod for whole body rejuvenation and recovery - it helps to relieve muscular and joint pain, and allows him to train harder. Talk to us to find out how the NovoTHOR may be beneficial in your training regime.

Yesterday we celebrated our 1st Birthday since we officially opened in 2020. What a year it has been! There were challenges along way, with extended COVID closure being the most difficult.

We are extremely grateful for everyone's support along the way. Lots of love to all our lovely patients ❤️ We look forward to serving our community for many more years to come.

PS: Dr Susan baked a delicious flourless chocolate cake for this special occasion. 🎂 Organic chickpeas, free range eggs and good quality dark chocolate. Yes you can have your cake and eat it too! This cake has the dentist tick of approval ✅

A big thank you to all our wonderful patients for supporting us in 2020. We look forward to seeing you all again in the new year.

😱 What happened to our dental chair? 😱

Just like a car, our dental equipments especially the dental chair have a lot of moving parts and specialised built in computers, it is important they are regularly checked and serviced.

Our chair is being checked from top to bottom today just in time for a busy December and 2021!
