The only drink that will keep you hydrated and not be harmful to your teeth is water (bonus if your local water supply includes fluoride).

Rinse after meals and other drinks to ensure removal of food and neutralising acids to protect your smile 😁

Drinking plenty of water throughout the day helps you keep hydrated and maintain a healthy flow of saliva, which is essential for neutralizing acids and protecting your teeth. Keep that water bottle handy and sip often.

Tap water is the best option, especially when your local water supply includes fluoride.

Your dentist may ask to take more x-rays if they need to look closer at something they can see on the full-mouth x-ray such as if they're checking into cysts, tumours, and infections and teeth that are still under the gum, such as wisdom teeth.
