WHY A WHITE DIET?
Enamel is still porous post whitening procedure during this time so we want to avoid stain causing molecules settling into the teeth until the surface layer remineralises.

HOW CAN I EXTEND MY WHITENING RESULTS?
Adding a product like tooth-mousse into your oral care routine has many benefits. It nourishes teeth and preserves whitening results by filling in those enamel pores a lot sooner than saliva on its own. If you whiten your teeth regularly, tooth mousse is a must have.

IS AT HOME OR IN-CHAIR WHITENING BETTER?
At home whitening is perfect for sensitive teeth and for clients who want to achieve their brightest smile ever. Long term results of at home are better than in-chair but of course it does take a bit longer (2-4 weeks for optimal results). In-chair whitening uses a higher percentage of peroxide and will clean up any and all stains in one sitting. Sensitivity is a lot higher. The brightening of enamel itself will be 3-4 shades in one appointment depending on your starting shade. It’s also a lot more expensive. The brightest shade of enamel will be achieved within 2-3 appointments.
