To our EPFD family, today we’re farewelling two absolute gems from our chairside team: Matilda and Jess 💙

Both have been a huge part of the culture here. Showing up, handling the chaos, caring for patients and lifting the standard for everyone around you.

Matilda: we’re backing you all the way. Best of luck with your footy career. Keep chasing it and don’t be surprised when we’re watching you on the big stage in women’s footy one day 🏉🔥

Jess: massive congratulations on becoming a registered nurse. If you care for patients the way you’ve cared for them here, you’re going to be an incredible nurse. The hospital system has no idea what’s coming 👏🩺

We’re proud of you both and grateful for everything you’ve poured into this place. EPFD will miss you, but we’re cheering loudly for what’s next.

And just like that we're celebrating 2 years since Emu Plains Family Dental opened, and we’re feeling equal parts proud and grateful.

To our patients, thank you for choosing us, trusting us, and letting us look after you and your families. It means more than we can properly put into words, and we never take that trust for granted.

Behind the scenes, it’s been the little things done consistently, the late-night clinical meetings to review cases, tighten our systems, and keep pushing for better patient outcomes. It’s also the commitment our clinicians make to extensive ongoing training, because we believe you deserve care that’s modern, thoughtful, and held to a high standard.

And to our team, thank you. Your kindness, energy, and professionalism are what make this place what it is. We’ve worked hard, learned a lot, and had plenty of fun along the way too, from team nights and celebrations to all the small moments that make EPFD feel like a community.

Here’s to the next chapter, continuing to grow, improve, and look after our community with genuine care.
