Following treatment, retention was provided with upper and lower fixed wire retainers, along with removable retainers worn nightly to help maintain tooth position.

Every patient’s journey is different.

This patient presented to our practice with extensive dental decay (caries) and a terminal dentition. Following a comprehensive clinical assessment, radiographic examination, diagnosis, and discussion of the available treatment options, she elected to proceed with full-arch implant rehabilitation for both the upper and lower jaws.

Her surgery was completed two weeks ago, and she was provided with an immediately fixed full-arch prosthesis. The definitive prostheses are zirconia restorations supported by titanium frameworks, allowing fixed replacement of her missing teeth.
