Steps to reduce chances of oral cancer:
☀️Stay out of the sun
🍷Reduce tobacco/alcohol intake
🌀Brush, floss, and have regular dental check ins
🍏Healthy, balanced diet

Oral cancer affects the soft tissues inside the mouth, and can be identified with these common symptoms:
➡️ Sore inside lip/cheek that won’t heal
➡️ Lumps or red/white patches inside the mouth
➡️ Numbness, pain, or bleeding in mouth
➡️ Teeth or dentures can feel loose
These symptoms can also be for other reasons. If you experience any, your dental practice can help identify the cause.
