🎓 **Q&A with Dr. Paul Greham**
Dr. Paul recently returned from Cairns after hosting an educational seminar for dentists from across Australia. We caught up with him to hear about the experience!
⚪️What was the seminar about?
I presented a two-day **Implant Foundations** course, designed as an introduction to dental implants for dentists looking to build their knowledge and confidence.
⚪️ Where was the seminar held?
The seminar was held at the Crystalbrook in Cairns.
⚪️ Which implant system were you presenting with?
I presented alongside the Neoss implant system, sharing techniques and practical knowledge with the participants.
⚪️ How many dentists attended?
We had eight dentists join us from all around Australia. It was a fantastic group, with plenty of opportunities for discussion and hands-on learning.
⚪️ Be honest... what’s more nerve-racking: performing an All-on-X surgery or speaking to a room full of dentists for two days? 😄
Speaking to a room full of dentists was definitely more stressful at first! Once I settled in and got into the course, though, it became really enjoyable.
⚪️ You’re always travelling and learning. Where are you heading next?
Next stop is India in August, where I’ll be presenting at another educational event.
⚪️ What’s the most rewarding part of the treatments you perform?
Helping people feel more confident in their smile. It’s incredibly rewarding to see patients enjoying their smile again after treatment.
⚪️ What draws you to surgical dentistry?
No two patients are the same. Every case presents its own challenges and requires an individual approach, which keeps the work interesting and rewarding.
