This patient came in with old, worn, mismatched dentures which were uncomfortable, not aesthetic and ill fitting.

We decided to make a new partial upper chrome with a full lower removable overdenture with a cast chrome framework for extra strength!

This patient now has a Hollywood smile and can enjoy all the foods he has been missing out on for years. 😁

Here we are doing a wax setup of acrylic teeth for a full denture.

We try this wax up in the mouth to check aesthetics, speech, function and fit. We are able to change the colour, shape and position of the teeth if needed.

Once the patient is happy with how they look and feel, we then process them into acrylic for their final denture 😃
