5 Years with Dr James Taylor

This month marks a wonderful milestone with our colleague James being with us now for 5 years! James is such a caring and wonderful colleague, and we are very lucky that he has been able to improve access to dental care in Dorrigo over this time. Our very talented patient Jacki James has written this book with her twin Kylie Fisher 'Reef and Beef'. It's a great read and insight into two interesting lives led in parallel as twins. Engaging storytelling and lovely to read a book and recognise the local settings of some of these tales. Someone already pinched my copy so Jacki kindly brought in a signed one for us today. Keep an eye out for this in local book shops and grab it if you can!

Today we raised $576 for Australia's Biggest Morning Tea!

We also had a fantastic talk from Sarah Mongan from Blue Sky Community Services to help us be as inclusive as possible for people with additional sensory needs. It may be rainy outside but this is how we're attempting to make our own form of sunshine!

Beautiful dawn service at Coffs Harbour yesterday. It was lovely to see so many of our patients there too. It is our honour and privilege to treat DVA patients and help them to smile. To these wonderful people and all Service Men and Women, thank you for your service, to their families, thank you for your sacrifice. 🙌🙏
