Eligibility
Professional teeth whitening is a safe and trusted process. Millions of people undergo this procedure every year. However, that doesn’t mean it is the best option for everyone. There are certain scenarios where this procedure should not take place. Most of them are put in place for your own health and safety.
These include:
- Pregnancy
- Nursing mothers
- Children below 16
- Those with sensitive teeth or allergies
- Those with gum disease, enamel problems, cavities, or exposed
roots
- Those with fillings, crowns, or other work
When you lighten your teeth, also keep in mind that the colour does not transfer to things like fillings, crowns, or even porcelain replacement teeth. So you may need to update these to reflect the overall shade shift.
Want to maintain that Sparkling White Smile? - 4-6 week top-ups are recommended.
Following your treatment, we recommend you consider a 4-6 week top-up, as it is common to lose 40% of the colour in the first 4-6 weeks after initial treatment. Following this treatment, we recommend regular top ups every 6-12 months.

PLEASE NOTE - After your teeth whitening service you won't be able to eat or have anything near your teeth (besides water) for 3 hours once the treatment is completed.
