The perfect excuse to get out and enjoy the sunshine! 🌞🌳

Dr Hong spent Saturday hiking with other dads, following the **Mulana Nin-lyoga Trail up to the summit of Mount Major in Dookie**. 🥾⛰️

Good company, a little challenge and time in the great outdoors. What better way to recharge over the weekend? 💚

Sometimes the best adventures are the ones shared with friends!

We have some exciting news to share about Dr Andrew Hong! 💙

This October, Dr Andrew is taking on the Lift The Load challenge to raise vital funds for men's mental health. He will be walking 50km wearing a weighted vest to support this wonderful cause.

Once the working day finishes, our long clinic hallway becomes his personal training circuit! 👟

Here is how he is preparing:
🔹 Lapping the clinic hallway after hours to log those daily kilometres.
🔹 Carrying extra vest weight to build stamina for the 50km total.
🔹 Helping shine a light on men's mental health in our Melbourne community.

Please join us by dropping a comment in wishing Dr Andrew the best of luck with his training! 😊

Dr Hong headed out for his usual walk in the Dandenong Ranges and came across a swamp wallaby with her joey. What a lovely sight to come across while enjoying the great outdoors! 💚

You never know what you might spot when you take the time to explore nature. 📸🌳

A little purring and a cuddle can make any weekend better. 😊

👇 Tell us, does your pet rule the house? 😂🐱
