This weekโ€™s Fun Fact Friday is coming all the way from ๐€๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐š, after our Practice Coordinator, Siobhan, recently returned from a whirlwind European adventure! โœˆ๏ธ๐Ÿ”๏ธ

With just one week to explore, Siobhan and her partner Josh certainly made the most of it โ€” road tripping through Austria and squeezing in everything from the beautiful streets of ๐’๐š๐ฅ๐ณ๐›๐ฎ๐ซ๐  ๐š๐ง๐ ๐•๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ง๐š, to the incredible mountain scenery around ๐‡๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ญ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐€๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐š๐ง ๐€๐ฅ๐ฉ๐ฌ. ๐Ÿ”๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡น

There was even a trip high into the Alps to brave the ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ข๐ซ๐ฐ๐š๐ฒ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ at Dachstein ๐Ÿ˜ฌ, before spending the weekend at the ๐‘๐ž๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐‘๐ข๐ง๐  for the MotoGP! ๐Ÿ๏ธ๐Ÿ

Safe to say, it was a very busy week โ€” but an absolutely incredible one! ๐Ÿ’™

And of course, no overseas adventure would be complete without taking a little piece of Northside along for the rideโ€ฆ apparently our water bottles now travel internationally too! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿฆท๐ŸŒ

You may have already seen a little glimpse of what weโ€™ve been up to for Mental Health Week here at Northside โ€” but we thought this lovely tradition deserved another mention. ๐Ÿฅฐ

Each year, we put a sheet up for every member of our team and spend the week filling them with kind words, compliments and little messages of appreciation for one another. ๐Ÿ’Œ

At the end of the week, everyone gets to take their page home โ€” a collection of reminders of just how valued they are by the people they work alongside every day. ๐Ÿ’™

Itโ€™s something we look forward to each year, and a simple reminder of how much of a difference a few kind words can make.

This week, weโ€™re taking some time to recognise the importance of looking after our mental wellbeing and, most importantly, looking out for one another.
