Happy Birthday to our OHT Dianne 💛🎉
Today we celebrate one of the most generous, caring and thoughtful team member we have.
Dianne is always the first to think of others, whether it’s remembering someone’s special day, checking in when someone needs support, or going out of her way to make sure everyone feels valued and cared for. Her thoughfulness isn’t something she turns on and off, it’s just who she is.
She’s also the person we send in when there’s a difficult conversation to be had with patients because she can put the hard word on while wrapping it in Love and Care so our patients walk away feeling informed and guided.
We could all learn a lot from you Dianne. The way you show up for others, the way you leads with kindness and firmness and how you share your wisdom your support and most importantly your food 😂 shows us your heart of Gold and we appreciate you always.
