Our patient came to us with multiple failing teeth, several infections, and poor bridgework completed overseas. After a comprehensive assessment, we developed a tailored treatment plan to restore both function and aesthetics.
The journey began with the removal of the infected and unsalvageable teeth, followed by the provision of interim upper and lower dentures to ensure comfort and function during healing.
Using our in-house CBCT imaging, digital 3D scanning technology, and a fully customised surgical guide, we meticulously planned the entire procedure before treatment day.
Last week, we successfully placed 12 dental implants in a single appointment:
🔹 6 implants in the upper jaw
🔹 6 implants in the lower jaw
On the very same day, the patient received immediate acrylic prosthetic teeth, allowing them to leave with a functional smile while their implants heal and integrate.
Post-operative instructions were thoroughly discussed, as following these guidelines is essential for optimal healing and long-term success.
The journey doesn’t end here. In approximately 5 months, the patient will return for a follow-up assessment and the delivery of their final custom-designed implant prosthetics.
