Let’s talk toothbrushes. Electric vs manual?

I don’t really mind which one. The research doesn’t show electric to be better than manual when good brushing technique is used. So you can choose the one you are most comfortable using.

What’s most important is the condition of the bristles… a brush only works when the bristles are straight, once they are slightly deformed, now it’s a mop. Moping your teeth is not helpful.

The other thing to remember is brushing technique. Most people have never been shown how to brush effectively. I can show you how to do it properly at your next visit.
