Clear aligners stay clear… as long as you don’t make life difficult for them. 🦷😉

Clean them with lukewarm water and mild soap, keep them safely in their case and never wrap them in a serviette unless you fancy losing them at lunch.

This 12-year-old patient presented with a mild skeletal and dental Class III
pattern, moderate upper crowding, mild lower crowding and a reduced overbite.

Treatment was completed with fixed appliances and upper expansion to create
space for the high upper canines and relieve crowding. Elastics were also used
to help settle the bite and improve the overbite.

Orthodontic treatment is not only about aesthetics. Teeth need to be positioned
in a stable and functional relationship within the jaws. Correct anterior overlap is
essential for healthy function, efficient chewing, reducing excessive wear on the
back teeth and helping maintain long-term stability after orthodontic
treatment. 🦷✨

This 13-year-old patient presented with moderate upper and lower crowding,
a skeletal Class I pattern and mild dental Class II relationship.

Treatment was completed with full fixed appliances, using a Beneslider to
distalise the upper molars, creating space for the upper canines and
correcting the dental Class II. Minor interproximal reduction was also carried
out to relieve the lower crowding and achieve an ideal overjet.

Every orthodontic case is different. We carefully assess each patient
individually and discuss all suitable treatment options, including the
advantages and limitations of each approach, so patients and families can
make an informed decision before starting treatment. 🦷✨
