Electric vs Manual Toothbrush - which is better?

Both can do a great job when used properly
But electric toothbrushes have a few advantages:

✔️Built-in timers (so you brush for the full 2 minutes)
✔️Easier for kids, elderly patients, or anyone with limited dexterity
✔️Often better plaque removal
