We come to the pointy end of 2024.
This year we will be closed 20 December, reopening 8.00am 20th January 2025.
During this time Byron Family Dental 66858137 is open all days apart from public holidays for emergencies.
If you wish to make an appointment with us you can leave a message on our answer phone as it will be checked before 20 January.
To all our wonderful patients, thank you once again for your continuing support. We really do have the nicest patients.

Just to let you know we will not have anyone here on Friday 31 May, as the power will be switched off due to the power board being upgraded.
Nobody was able to give an exact time this would happen, so thought it best to close than inconvenience people even more with trying to arrange appointments around too many variables.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Open again Monday 03 June 8.00am.

It has to go down as the fastest year on record.
Have not had to post once about the phones, so it’s been a good one.
We are closing for our Xmas break 22 December and reopening 8.00am 15 January 2024.

Yes phone issues again.
Have no phone service since 8.00am this morning.
To all those people who have rung and left messages, these are unable to be retrieved.
Calls are now being diverted to my mobile, for the time being.
I know, this is no way to run a business.
Thanks Telstra.

We have been experiencing phone issues.
If you are lucky enough to get through, and not just told, this number is not connected, you may be diverted to Ryan’s mobile.
Don’t know who Ryan is, or how he feels about the situation.
Thankfully, Telstra is on the job.
Will let you know what that actually means, when we find out.

Hope everyone enjoyed their Easter break.
Well today I have been back on to Telstra, trying once again to get the phones working.
You should be able to leave a message now.
This is indeed no way to run a business but I don’t know where to from here.

Who would have thought, phone issues again.
Last week a patient said I have tried ringing, but the message kept saying that the number had been disconnected.
So he rang it while I was there, and yes that was the message.
Had the usual session with Telstra, no nothing showing up etc etc.
The Telstra person said they would change some settings in the back.
Who knows if that has made a difference.
So just putting it out there, we are a well run business who do care about our patients.
I am sorry if you have never been called back, it is not personal.
Our email is [email protected] as an alternative contact.
On Thursday 28 April nobody will call you back, and that is offical.
We will not have any staff here that day.

Unfortunately due to no phone or internet coverage we have had to close the business for the day.
I would love to think we will be open tomorrow, but we are talking a huge flood event, Telstra, the PM has Covid, and climate change is real.

Happy New Year
2022 has started out a bit more intense than we thought it was going to be.
Due to the amount of Covid circulating in our community and the scarcity of the Rapid Testing Kits we have delayed our reopening to 17 January 8.00am.
We will be in contact with all people effected over the next few days.
Sorry for the inconvenience but we are trying to make it as safe as possible for patients and staff alike.
We look forward to hearing everyone’s war stories in the coming weeks.
