The clinic recently celebrated 26years of smiles 🦷

We asked Michael to provide some words as he reflects on the past 26years...

Twenty six years ago, with great trepidation and excitement, I decided to step out of my comfort zone to begin a new journey in my professional career. I had the desire to do things my way.
This is where Brunswick Dentist was born. Starting a solo practice from scratch was crazy. It began as a modest endeavour not knowing how it would be received.
The support of family and friends was undeniable. My guiding beacon and number one fan , my beautiful wife Christine, helped steady my resolve especially on those long evening walks with the marketing letter drops.

Trusting the knowledge and experience I had gained so far in my career, I sought out to provide best practice dental care for the community. Little did I realise how quickly and unequivocally the Brunswick community entrusted me with their dental care.
Through the years I’ve treated young couples starting out their lives together, seen their children come into this world, to now seeing them as adults doing the same again.

Time arrived to expand as we could see Brunswick was evolving through the years. It became fashionable to be northside. I get it and I’ve been blessed to have and continue to work with associate dentists who share my philosophy of patient care as a core principle with the aim to achieving the highest standard of care.
From the OG Dr. Falen who helped me out as a student when I was solo, to Drs Doreena, Olivia, Berenice, Ashleigh, and to the current Dr. Maddy and Dr. Louisa, you have become more than work colleagues. My thoughts are always with you.
A big shout out also to all my support staff who this work cannot be done without.
This Brunswick Dentist crew has seen a few weddings and babies along the way. Felt some heartaches too. Life can be tough at times. But we always front up with a smile and a laugh and try to manage our patients’ experience. Your professionalism and dedication do not go unnoticed.

Thank you Brunswick, we can’t wait to be part of this for another 26 years. At least.💙
