[PORCELAIN VENEERS] Every smile transformation starts with understanding the person behind it.

In this case, years of wear caused by a deep overbite had left the teeth looking shorter and more square, with the lower teeth gradually chipping the upper front teeth.

The first step was 10 months of Invisalign®, which helped align the teeth, improve her bite and create the space needed for a minimally invasive veneer treatment, without the need for significant tooth reduction.

The final stage involved applying ultra-thin porcelain veneers, carefully designed to create a more balanced gum line, a natural smile curve, and a tooth shape that blended seamlessly with her appearance. 

By combining orthodontics, thoughtful planning and conservative dentistry, we were able to create a smile that feels natural and uniquely hers.

We personally believe it depends on your individual needs and the type of care you’re planning for.

Extras cover can help reduce out-of-pocket costs for general dental services like check-ups, cleans, and some preventive treatments, but the level of cover varies significantly between policies.

Most health funds don’t tailor cover to your specific treatment needs, which means what’s included (and how much is covered) can look very different from person to person.

That’s why at Adawn we always provide a personalised treatment plan upfront, so you have full clarity on expected costs before moving forward.

Whether tooth preparation is required depends on your individual smile, the position of your teeth, and the outcome we’re working to achieve.

In some cases, little to no preparation is needed. In others, a small amount of tooth reduction may help ensure the veneers sit more naturally and blend seamlessly with your bite and surrounding teeth.

Our approach is always conservative, and our goal is to preserve as much natural tooth structure as possible while achieving a result that is functional, healthy, and tailored specifically to you. Every case is carefully planned with both aesthetics and long-term oral health in mind.
