When it comes to dental implants, the difference is in the planning — not the placement.

Before any implant work, World Smiles Prosthodontics takes a CBCT 3D scan in-office. It shows bone levels, the jaw joint, bite forces, and how the whole structure interacts — the detail a flat X-ray can't give.

That scan lets the implant be preplanned around the final tooth position, so it's placed for how the finished mouth needs to function. It also flags whether bone work — a sinus lift, socket preservation — is needed first.

Low-dose imaging, real planning. Not guesswork.

Here's world smiles, before you ever step in.

No waiting room of bright lights and drilling sounds. That's the front.

The consultation room comes first. You sit at a table, not a chair.

The scan room: you stay upright, stay dressed, a small wand does the rest.

And the lab, where your case is kept and adjusted by hand.

This is a full-mouth rehabilitation using all-ceramic crowns — done to reestablish a correct vertical dimension and redesign the occlusal plane.

Here's what that means. As teeth wear, the bite loses height and the jaw over-closes. Rebuilding it restores how the whole mouth fits and functions.

The approach: design the final smile before treatment begins. That lets the occlusion and jaw position be recreated predictably, so the ceramics are placed in their most aesthetic and stable position.

That's the difference a prosthodontist makes — the whole system, planned first.

Alex went to doctor after doctor. Each one fixed a piece.

An implant here. A crown there. No one looking at the whole picture.

So he ended up somewhere new — to redo work that never should have failed.

In his words: "It's not a conveyor. Very attentive service."

Attention to every detail. On time. Nobody rushing him through.

He's already sent someone else in.

Open. Prep. Coffee. Folders for everyone coming in.

By the time the first patient walks in, the rooms are already ready.

They sit at the table first. We go through what they brought before anything else.

Then we do a walk-through and give them a folder with everything they need to take home.

Reset, move on to next patient. Someone already mid-treatment.

Close up, and do it again tomorrow.

Most people find World Smiles after somewhere else.

A crown that fell out. A bridge that broke. A plan that never added up.

World Smiles is a prosthodontic practice — a word most people haven't heard.

A prosthodontist trains three extra years after dental school in how the whole mouth works together.

It's the difference between treating one symptom and reading the whole system.

Slow consultations. A straight answer. Nothing rushed.

How to tell if your veneers were done right.

Three things you can check yourself today.

1.Do they look real in every light?

2.Run your tongue along the edges

3.Watch your gums for a week

If anything's off, individual veneers can usually be fixed without redoing the whole set.

👉 Try it yourself in the mirror tonight.

👉 Send to someone who's been quietly unhappy with theirs.

👉 Follow for more on how to read your own mouth.

You've had the visit where someone glances in, then hands you a quote.

Here the first appointment happens at a table, not in the chair.

The specialist is a prosthodontist — trained to restore and rebuild teeth.

You bring your old quotes and X-rays. They get read before anyone looks in your mouth.

Then a 3D scan picks up what flat X-rays miss — cracks, bite problems, bone loss.

You leave with a written plan and locked prices. You keep it whether you return or not.

You've agreed to dental work before you were fully ready. Most people have.

Four questions worth asking at any office, not only ours:

1.Why this, and not something else?

2.What happens if I wait six months?

3.Is there another way to treat it?

4.Can I take it home to think about?

If that last answer is anything but yes, that tells you something.
Save this. Pass it to anyone facing a decision they're unsure about.
