Did not manage to have a review appointment as patient is based oversea.
Patient was stoked.
Always room for improvement to achieve perfection.

Removing ill-fitting crowns can be tricky when there is gum overgrowth and inflammed gums.

For this case we had to temporarised after removal due to continous bleeding of gum.

2 weeks after, gum settled down much better and we have a more stabilized area to work with.

Patient happy with the aesthetic and being able to floss in between teeth.

Patient came in to fix premolar. However, first molar has a periapical lesion during incidental finding. Patient was informed and root canal treatment were done on both teeth.
A composite overlay was done for both teeth as patient was not keen for crowns on these teeth.

A case where patient wanted to fix their smile.
Problem list:
1. Patient had previous ortho done before and had relapse.
2. Peg laterals and centrals had composite build ups.
3. Ratio in between laterals and centrals.

Treatment Planned :
Upper and lower fixed bracers to align teeth and get a better ratio between the upper 4 front teeth. ( 2 years)

Emax A3 used. Minimal prep with cusp reduction.
First time tinting fissure. Might do them from now onwards, to give the crown a natural-look.
