Protect your teeth with a few simple steps

1. Brush twice a day for at least two minutes each time. Use a fluoride toothpaste and a soft toothbrush in small circular motions.
2. Floss daily, this will help to prevent tooth decay, gum disease and bad breath.
3. Eat and drink well. Reduce the quantity and frequency of sugary foods and drink plenty of tap water.
