Many popular drinks (including soft drinks, sports drinks, energy drinks, fruit juice, and even lemon water) can slowly wear away your enamel over time. 😬

Once enamel is lost, it doesn’t grow back, which is why protecting it is so important.

A few simple tips:
✔️ Drink water after acidic drinks
✔️ Avoid sipping over long periods
✔️ Wait at least 30 minutes before brushing

As the day comes to a close, we take a moment to reflect on the courage, sacrifice and service of the men and women who have served our country.

Today, we honour not only those who gave their lives, but also those who returned home and continue to carry the legacy of service with them. Their strength and resilience will never be forgotten.
