What we’re looking for:

🔹 Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is highly valued but not essential; we provide full training for the right candidate.
🔹 Intermediate to advanced English is required, as the role involves regular communication with patients, lab staff, our team in Melbourne, phone handling, and general clinical support.
🔹 You must have legal working rights in Australia; we will inquire about your visa status.
🔹 Holding a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting allows you to assist in hospital surgeries alongside our principal dentist, Dr Gus Freitas—an exciting chance for those looking to grow in the field.

🦷 If you’re a dentist who earned your qualification overseas and are currently going through the ADC validation process, this is an excellent opportunity to work as a Dental Assistant while preparing for your exams and gaining valuable hands-on experience.

It’s also a fantastic pathway for those who wish to build a long-term career as a Dental Assistant in Australia, even if revalidating your overseas qualification isn’t part of your plan.
We are looking for team members who are committed and ready to grow with us over time—this is not a short-term position.
