Word of the month : SMILE ✨️

Sip n Paint n Smile 😁🎨💛

Thank you to our wonderful patients for the chats, smiles, waves, hugs at the clinic, supermarkets, malls, carparks, etc! 💛

We are absolutely grateful to work and live locally in a community where we've had the pleasure to meet lots of incredibly kind patients 🙌

"If you see someone without a smile give them one of yours. Too often we underestimate the power of a smile, a touch or a kind word. We never know what someone is going through." - Dolly Parton ✨️

Prelude to Father's Day 😇
The Ultimate Handyman Special, Head Tooth Fairy Edition 🦷🛠️

Forget the luxury grill, or the "World's Best Dad" mug. It seems this year, Dr Gilbert's ultimate Father’s Day surprise is Westlake Dental's Head Toothfairy, who is also very fluent in screwdriver, duct tape, superglue, and rattling 🧰🧚🏽‍♀️

When the dentist’s favorite piece of equipment decides to sleep, Shaleen like a pit crew chief at the Daytona 500 steps in (while facetiming the equipment maintenance person)..... and successfully fixes it 🪛😆

Shaleen looking at Dr Gilbert's gobsmacked face : "Our toolbox is now my favorite emotional support system. It judges me silently, but it is always there. As of today I am emotionally attached to my toolbox as you are to your dental equipment.
Happy Early Father’s Day, Gilbert! "😘🙌

Our 4 legged children decided to have a wild party on World Dog Day while we were at work! 🥴

Based on the behaviour, we know who the likely mastermind is 🧐

The other struggled to resist the opportunity that was unravelling - a victim of temptation! 🤣

Happy Belated World Dog Day! 🌎🐕✌️

(Sorry Dr Gilbert, this is a different type of canine! 😉)

It takes two... to place an implant 🤓🦷🧚🏽‍♀️

What are Dental Implants?

✨️ Dental implants are small titanium screws that are used in place of the roots of your missing teeth. These screws/dental implants act as the foundation to support a replacement tooth (crown) or replacement teeth (bridge).

✨️ Dental Implants look, feel and function like your natural teeth and are the gold standard for tooth replacement.

✨️ Dental implants when placed and cared for properly, will not affect neighbouring healthy teeth or lead to bone loss in the jaw. They also help prevent other teeth from moving out of position because of missing a tooth.

✨️Dental implants can also maintain the structure of the face - for example by replacing missing front teeth the lip profile will improve too.

☎️ Whatever the reasons, if you would like more information about how you could address a missing tooth or several missing teeth, please call or text 0431664633.
