Unfortunately, the practice is not seeing patients this week as we are relocating and reorganising our appointments.
To all our patients: Thank you for the ride! It was a joy treating you!!
We had wonderful 8 years of service in West End, but now itβs time to close this cycle and start a new one. While it is a bittersweet moment for us, we are grateful for what we had and we are applying ourselves to make this transition as smooth and quick as possible.
Please be patient while we are in this transition, none of you have been forgotten.
All patients in treatment have been (or will be) contacted via email or WhatsApp message this week.
Dr Tatiana will be seeing patients at Totally Smiles Indooroopilly from now on.

To all patients enquiring about aligners, Fast Braces, laboratory work, veneers, refinements, pending orders, or any other stage of their treatment:
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or disruption caused during this period.
At the moment, we are reorganising all patient records and outstanding treatments, including aligner orders, Fast Braces, laboratory work, and other pending treatment stages. Our goal is to ensure that all outstanding matters are properly transferred to the new clinic so patients can continue their treatment without unnecessary delays.
We expect things to be more organised within approximately one to one and a half weeks.
Dr Tatiana will also contact patients with outstanding treatments, hopefully later today or tomorrow. The new clinicβs team will then get in touch to arrange appointments and help patients continue and complete their treatments.
