“For years, she was afraid to smile. Today, she can’t stop.”

One of those cases that reminds you why we do what we do.

This patient had been living with failing, increasingly loose teeth for years and had reached the point where she wanted a definitive solution.

We removed the failing upper teeth, placed four implants and provided a fixed same-day provisional bridge.

The transformation is incredible — but what you can’t see in the before-and-after photos is the difference this makes to someone’s confidence and quality of life.

She now has the fixed smile she had been wanting for years.

Cases like this are a great example of what can be achieved with carefully planned full-arch implant treatment.

An “About Me” post… but I let my patients write it. ❤️

I could tell you about my qualifications, my experience, the way I work and everything I’ve learnt over the years…

But honestly, I think my patients can tell you far more.

Every review you’re about to read comes from someone who trusted me with something deeply personal — their smile, their confidence, sometimes even a fear they’d carried for years.

These words mean more to me than I can put into a bio.

Because dentistry isn’t just about teeth.

It’s about how you feel when you sit in the chair.
Whether you feel heard.
Whether you feel safe.
Whether you leave feeling a little more confident than when you arrived.

So, rather than writing an “About Me” post myself…

2013: I’m trying to play the piano while my 18-month-old son decides to join in with his rattle. 🎹❤️

2026: He’s sitting at the very same piano, playing beautifully, with a skill and confidence I could never have imagined back then.

I honestly struggle to put into words how this makes me feel. Overwhelmingly happy. Incredibly proud. A little emotional too.

As parents, we spend years encouraging, teaching, supporting and sometimes just trying to keep up. Then one day you look across the room and realise that tiny person who once needed you for everything has grown into someone amazing in their own right.

We are so lucky to witness it.

Sending love to all the parents whose little babies have somehow become teenagers and young adults—sometimes even taller than us. ❤️

Hold on to the moments. They grow faster than we ever believe they will

Some gestures simply touch your heart. ❤️

Today, one of our lovely patients came in for her final review after completing her implant treatment — and completely surprised us by bringing three beautiful cakes, one for me and one for each of my two wonderful nurses. 🥹🍰

It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and honestly, it made our day.

Moments like this remind us that dentistry is about so much more than treatments, procedures and beautiful smiles. It’s about people. It’s about trust, relationships and the privilege of being part of someone’s journey.

The love and appreciation we receive from our patients is one of the greatest motivations behind everything we do. It inspires us to keep learning, keep improving and keep building a practice where exceptional patient care always comes first.

44 today. ❤️✨

Today, more than anything, I feel grateful.

Grateful for my family and friends, for the people who have walked alongside me, supported me, challenged me, and made life richer in so many ways.

Grateful for my health — not perfect, but good enough to appreciate every day and all that it allows me to do.

And grateful for a career that I am genuinely passionate about. When I pause and look back, I can see just how far I’ve climbed on the ladder I’ve created for myself. Every step, every challenge, every lesson and every little win has brought me here.

And perhaps what makes me happiest is that, despite everything I’ve already achieved, I can still see a clear path ahead. There is still so much to learn, experience, build and look forward to.

At 44, I don’t feel the need to have everything figured out. I simply feel incredibly fortunate to be where I am, surrounded by people I love, doing work that means something to me, and excited about what lies ahead.

So today, I’m celebrating not just another year, but the life I have built, the people who make it special, and the journey still to come.

Feeling very, very grateful. ❤️

Some moments fill your heart in a way that nothing else can. ❤️

Last weekend I had the privilege of taking part in the Thyagaraja Festival, celebrating Saint Thyagaraja, one of the great Carnatic music composers.

I was lucky enough to perform both Bharatanatyam (classical Indian dance) and the Veena (classical Indian string instrument) - two things that have been part of my life since I was a little girl. Music and dance weren’t just hobbies growing up; they became a part of who I am.

Living in the UK, these traditions mean even more to me. They keep me connected to my roots while giving me the opportunity to share a little of my culture with the wonderful community I now call home.

Life is wonderfully busy—being a mum, a dentist, and a practice owner doesn’t leave much spare time. But whenever I sit with my Veena, step onto the dance floor, or perform alongside my son, everything else fades away for a while. It’s where I find joy, peace, and a chance to reset before returning to the everyday whirlwind.

I’m so grateful to everyone who keeps these beautiful traditions alive and creates opportunities for the next generation to experience them too.
