We know the past 6 months have been challenging in so many ways,

Especially with restrictions effecting all aspect of our lives.

During these difficult times we wanted to reach out and do something to help all of our valued patients, and knowing how much of our lives have been interrupted by home schooling, working from home, and for a lot of people, not being able to work at all.

We understand that dentistry, although a high priority, is not always something that can be worked into an ever changing schedule, between back to back zoom meetings and trying to remember how to do long division maths to help the kids with an assessment that’s due TOMORROW, whilst thinking to yourself ‘I don’t remember learning any of this at school’

Because it’s been such a whirlwind of a year, and Christmas is fast approaching, we thought in the spirit of giving we will offer all of our valued patients a little something to help ease the financial burden of looking after your oral health and also give you time to make a “date” for us in your schedule, we miss seeing all of you and want to help make sure your smile is in the best condition it can be.

Lifting of the Precautionary Boil Water Advisory.

Yarra Valley Water, after consultation with the Department of Health and Human Services and Melbourne Water, advises customers that the Boil Water Advisory issued on 28 August 2020 is now lifted across all suburbs.

Water quality testing has confirmed that the water supply in the network is safe to drink.

It is recommended that customers flush internal taps for two minutes to draw fresh
water into their internal plumbing.

We monitor water quality across our network on an ongoing, daily basis to ensure it's of a high quality for our customers.

We sincerely thank you for your patience while we have worked to confirm the safety of drinking water and apologise for the inconvenience. We take our responsibility to provide safe drinking water very seriously and do not issue these advisories lightly.

Boiling water is recommended as a precaution to minimise any health risks. Special care should be taken with young children, people whose immune system is compromised and the elderly.
