Dear Patients,
From 6pm tonight Saturday June 26th 2021, Anyone entering Port Smiles Dental will be required to wear a face mask in and around the practice (if you do not have one, one will be supplied to you) until you are seated in the dental chair for your appointment.

Anyone coming to an appointment, will be required to come alone unless accompanying children or you are a carer or require a carer.

Any patients who are experiencing any of the following symptoms please inform us via phone & kindly reschedule your appointment:
- Fever
- Cough
- Runny nose
- Sore throat
