This toothbrush won’t clean any teeth, but it’s definitely made my day! 🪥🥹

My lovely little patient spent part of his school holidays making me a clay toothbrush and brought it in as a gift. How lucky am I? A little work of art with a whole lot of heart. 💙

New name, same dentist! 👋 I’m back to my maiden name, Dr Ellie Montero. If your SMS reminder has you wondering who you’ve booked with—it’s still me, still here at The Dental Spa Bondi! 🦷

Of course, our consultant orthodontist Dr Nidhi Berera photobombing my announcement isn’t helping with the confusion 😂

POV: No good genes, no good luck—just discipline, consistency, nutrition and sleep. As a dentist, business owner and busy mum of three, staying fit helps me keep up with life and keep my mind strong. Even after a long day treating patients, I make time for myself. 50 and staying strong. 💪🏼❤️ What’s your excuse? 😉

👄 Feel that familiar tingle? Don’t wait for the cold sore to appear!

Did you know I can treat cold sores using a soft tissue laser? ⚡

Diode Laser treatment can help reduce pain, inflammation and promote faster healing. It may even help reduce future outbreaks!

✨ The earlier we treat it, the better!

Book in with me at The Dental Spa Bondi. Because I do so much more than just teeth! 🦷💕
