Interesting case report.
So in this patient we can see marked dental trauma from grinding and also really red gums from mouth breathing. The underlying issue here is poor nasal airflow. The jaws are also clearly under developed. Internal imaging shows a significant loss of brain tissue, another features of sleep disordered breathing. Furthermore, there is significant anxiety in the background.

What’s really scary though- all of the above is true in kids with airway obstruction.
