We’re looking for someone with a dental background to join The Teeth Whitening Boutique as a Whitening Technician at our Bondi Junction location.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who still wants to use their dental knowledge and experience, but is ready to transition into something different. Working in a beautiful, relaxed boutique environment focused on cosmetic teeth whitening and creating an incredible client experience.

You might be perfect for us if you:

* Have experience as a Dental Assistant or another dental role
* Are warm, personable and confident communicating with clients
* Have strong infection control and clinical standards
* Are eager to learn and develop a new skill
* Are reliable, professional and take pride in your work
* Are confident working autonomously once fully trained
* Are looking for a role you can grow with long term

🎓 No teeth whitening experience is necessary.

You’ll receive comprehensive professional training through The Teeth Whitening Academy, including our signature Boutique Method™, before working independently with clients. You’ll also receive ongoing training and support as part of the TTWB team.

The role:
• Bondi Junction
• Approximately 2 days per week initially
• Opportunity for additional days as the business continues to grow
• Full Academy training provided
• Supportive, boutique environment, very different from a traditional dental clinic

As we’re investing in your training and looking for someone to grow with us long term, this role would best suit someone with Australian citizenship, PR or a visa that allows them to remain and work in Australia longer term.

If you’ve been thinking “I don’t necessarily want to leave dental altogether, but I’m ready for something new”, this could be the perfect next step.

Our beautiful client is about to embark on her Invisalign journey and wanted a pre Invisalign freshen up. We achieved this beautiful shade over two 80 minute treatments, booked two weeks apart.

Such a stunning result and we will see her again after the completion of the Invisalign for her maintenance treatment.

We do not advise whitening whilst any orthodontic treatment is in process.
