This patient presented to Berwick Dental Clinic and Surgery seeking treatment to replace missing teeth and address a number of existing dental concerns.
At the time of initial consultation, concerns included decay affecting the two upper central teeth, discomfort associated with multiple root fractures, missing teeth, and bleeding during brushing associated with gum disease.
Following comprehensive assessment and treatment planning, the patient proceeded with upper All-on-4 treatment, with the treatment plan individually developed around their clinical presentation, oral health and treatment goals.
