Dental Health Week 2026 is important to me.

Avoid drinking sports drinks - they have lots of sugar, they're acidic and can wear away the enamel on your teeth.

Tap water is the best option for hydrating whilst playing sport, it is sugar free, PH is neutral and in almost all of NSW contains fluoride, which protects teeth against decay.
