A teenage patient came to us with a deep infection at the root of a lower front tooth. Extraction and an implant were options but Dr Swati chose to give the natural tooth time to heal.

Eight years later, the infection was gone, the bone had grown back, and her natural tooth was still there. No implant. No shortcuts. ❤️
