Hi y'all! Only a couple of weeks until we welcome Dr Bill Robbins to Sydney all the way from Texas! Bill is a giant in the multidisciplinary treatment planning space with a particular focus on soft tissue architecture, orthodontics and aesthetics. His Global Diagnosis protocol developed with Dr Jeff Rouse (Spear) is the most comprehensive I know of and is an evolution from Kois and Spear's philosophies- which is why he is so sight after as a lecturer around the world. He will also be presenting with Dr Andrea Shepperson at her facility this weekend if you are on the other side of the ditch!

After a long time in the making, I’m excited to share that Sydney Dental Academy is now live.

This has been a project I’ve wanted to build for many years. A physical teaching space, supported by a growing online education platform, focused on how dentists think, diagnose, and plan in real clinical practice.

To open the academy, I’m very pleased to be welcoming Dr Bill Robbins to Sydney on March 20 and 21 for a two day course on Global Diagnosis. Bill is internationally regarded and well known for his book Global Diagnosis. He has taught and influenced dentists around the world for decades, including myself. This will be his first time teaching in Australia. He is a giant in dentistry in the US and we are lucky that he has chosen to visit us downunder!

The course is practical and case based, with a strong focus on improving clinical judgement in everyday practice. Numbers are intentionally limited to keep the format focused and interactive.

Beyond this event, Sydney Dental Academy will host my long running courses on Occlusion, Dentures, Fixed Prosthodontics as well as new courses on Perio-Restorative, Occlusion 2 and Treatment Planning. We will also be launching a comprehensive long form Implant Program later in the year with Professor Axel Spahr and others.

We will also be regularly hosting other respected Australian and international clinicians, with education designed to be applied immediately into your practice.
