A mouthguard made at our practice is a custom protective device for the mouth to prevent and reduce injuries to your teeth/arches/lips and gums.

It is a simple 15 minute appointment where we take an impression of your top teeth, which is sent to our local lab and takes a week to be made, to fit perfectly for you with the colour of your choice.

If it has been a while since you have changed your toothbrush its a great idea to get a new one. Bristles over time bend, making it more difficult to reach necessary areas when brushing. And always remember to use a soft toothbrush to protect your teeth and gums. 😁😁😁
