This now 75 year old patient had significant bone deficiency of his jaw on his left side under the sinus. Sinus and ridge grafting allowed us to place 2 good sized implant and replace the 3 missing teeth on an implant bridge. Observe the natural emergence of the implant crowns form the gums.
