This smile transformation was about so much more than straightening teeth! 🦷

Our young patient’s teeth weren’t meeting properly due to a tongue thrust habit. By combining a palatal expander, partial Damon braces and oral myology exercises to help retrain tongue function, we were able to create a healthier foundation for their developing smile.

The result? Teeth that sit together beautifully, a tongue that functions more effectively, and more room for those adult teeth still to come through. 💙

TRUE… but with a little catch! 🪥

Electric toothbrushes can make it easier to remove plaque and can be particularly helpful if you struggle with brushing technique, have braces, or find it difficult to brush for the full two minutes.

But a manual toothbrush can still do an excellent job when used correctly!
The most important thing? Brush twice a day, for two minutes, with good technique.

Christmas in August? Why not! 😂 Any excuse to get the team together and celebrate is a good one!
We kicked off the afternoon at The Pottage - creating our own ceramic masterpieces. And finished at Hydrant Food Hall for an amazing meal and plenty more laughs around the table. 🥂🍽️
