This one is special. It features Dr Jono Marin, who has been making a wonderful impact with his calm, patient-focused approach, alongside myself and one of our valued patients, Madeleine Brown.

Investing in our team to elevate the patient experience.
Last weekend, our Victorian team completed two days of sales and communication training with Greg Zimbulis as part of an ongoing development program across Fixed Teeth Australia.
 
We were also joined on-ground by members of our NSW team, including Dr Kevin McGregor and Treatment Coordinator Bella, who travelled down to be part of the training. Opportunities like this are invaluable - not just for learning, but for strengthening alignment and connection across our clinics.
 
When patients begin exploring complex dental treatment, clear communication and supportive guidance are incredibly important. My goal is to ensure every patient feels informed, supported and confident about their next steps.
 
Programs like this help us strengthen how we communicate, guide and support patients throughout their All-Fixed Full Arch Dental Implant journey so no one feels unsure about where they are in the process.

Across our national network, more than 80% of our team are women - clinicians, nurses, treatment coordinators, technicians and support staff who play an important role in supporting patients throughout their full mouth dental implant journey.
 
Across our Victorian clinics in Melbourne, Ballarat and Geelong, I’m fortunate to work alongside a strong and dedicated team of women across many roles within the clinic. Their professionalism, compassion and commitment contribute to the supportive environment our patients experience every day and play an important role in supporting each patient’s journey.
